This is what it is like on the street when we have a good thunderstorm. I snapped this from the school entrance. (It was far too wet to take my little camera outside). There are no proper sewer drains in Paraguay. The water just runs down the hill, sometimes in large, open stormdrains and it flows into the river Paraguay.
